Well done to everyone who pulled on a Norwood cap during the 2024 LC state age championships. It was hot, it was exhausting, but Team Norwood performed wonderfully well. You should all be very proud of yourselves. \u2764\ufe0f\ud83d\udc99<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We had so, so many PBs, finalists, medals, National Open times and state records. \u2764\ufe0f\ud83d\udc99<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before we get to the wrap up, we must mention two notable performances …<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\ud83d\udd34\" Antony Barresi, 15, absolutely smashed his 200m butterfly PB to secure his first ever National Age qualifying time. Antony becomes Norwood’s 20th individual qualifier for this year’s National Age champs.\"\ud83d\udc4f\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\ud83d\udd35\"<\/a>Jaydon Fu, in his State Age debut event, is now a South Australian Champion. Jaydon took the gold in the 11-years 100m breaststroke, dropping an incredible 9.52s off his PB through the heats and finals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well done to everyone who managed to record a PB time, or earn a place in a final, and congratulations to our medal winners… <\/p>\n\n\n\n
