Max Number of Teams per Club per Relay:

8-12’s 3 Teams

10-14’s, 12-16’s & 14-18’s 2 Teams

All Age 1 Team

All Age Freestyle Relay comprises of 1 Male and 1 Female in each age group to be swum alternating gender:

12 & Under

13 – 14

15 – 16

17 & Over
